Administrators

Patrick Boyle

President/Chief Executive Officer

Patrick has been with Miller's since 1984, serving in areas of Administration and Marketing and as CEO since 2000. Under Patrick's leadership, Miller's business portfolio has grown and transitioned from a family-owned business to a 100% employee-owned company--making Miller's one of the largest health-care ESOPs in the nation. He is a graduate of Indiana University with a major in Health Care Administration.

Gregory Spaulding

Chief Operating Officer

Gregory has 29 years of Operations experience with Miller's Merry Manor in the roles of Administrator, V.P. of Operations and, since 2000, as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to his work with Miller's, Gregory was a consultant in the area of hospital-based Long Term Care units. He graduated from Indiana University, majoring in Health Administration.

Lori Haug

CPA, Chief Financial Officer

Lori has been a part of the Miller's staff since 1989 and Chief Financial Officer since 2000. Lori graduated from Grace College with a major in Accounting and minors in Business Administration and Computer Science. Lori currently serves on State committees in the area of reimbursement.

Jerome Baer

Sr. V.P. Compliance and Contract Services

Jerome is a 16-year employee of Miller's Health Systems, with extensive experience in financial analysis and strategic planning. He is a graduate of University of Texas and received his MBA from Emory University.
