Our nursing and rehabilitation facility works with discharge planners from area hospitals including but not limited to Parkview LaGrange Hospital, Parkview Noble Hospital in Kendallville and Sturgis Hospital. We also work with local resources such as The LaGrange Chamber of Commerce and The LaGrange County Council on Aging.

The LaGrange Home, located in LaGrange County Indiana, was built in 1970 with Wally Jr. and Phyllis Miller as the Administrators.  After many accounts of renovations / redecorating ventures, the healthcare facility is now  licensed for 100 beds which includes 12 private rehabilitation suites.  Additionally there are 17 Assisted Living Apartments, which offer both 1-bedroom and studio apartment accommodations.
