Our nursing and rehabilitation facility works with discharge planners from IU Health – Tipton Hospital, St. Vincent Mercy Hospital, Riverview Hospital of Noblesville, Howard Regional and St. Joseph Hospital. We also work with area resources such as The Warsaw Kosciusko County Chamber and The Hamilton North Chamber of Commerce.

The Tipton Home, located in Tipton County Indiana, was built by Bob and Eileen Higgins on 4H road in 1966. The Higgins family owned and operated the facility until 1982, when the Miller family purchased the home. After several expansions the facility is now licensed for 150 beds, all of which are Medicare certified including the 20 beds for Alzheimer’s Care.
