Our nursing facility works with community resources such as Kosciusko Community Hospital, The Warsaw Kosciusko County Chamber and Kosciusko Community Senior Services.

The Warsaw Miller’s, located in Kosciusko County Indiana was the first Miller’s Merry Manor facility in the company. This facility opened on July 6, 1964 in the building which was formerly known as the Kosciusko County Farm Home. In 1967 a new building was constructed. The facility is licensed for 114 beds which includes 17 private suites and 10 rehabilition apartments. In 2003, Miller’s Senior Living Community built 52 Assisted Living Apartments onto the campus, offering both 1-bedroom and studio apartment accommodations.
